Do I need to download an app?
No. Habibi Pass works directly in your browser at habibipass.com on any device: phone, tablet, or laptop. No app download required. The bonuz app is available as an optional alternative.
How do I activate my Habibi Pass?
Visit habibipass.com, create a free account in about 30 seconds, and your premium vouchers are ready instantly. Identity is secured with the bonuz human layer, so there are no passwords to remember.
How long is my Habibi Pass valid?
Your Habibi Pass is valid for one full year from signup and can automatically extend. Each brand offers one first-visit discount per year, so there is always something new to discover.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Show your unique QR code at any partner location to redeem your voucher. The staff scans it and your discount is applied instantly.
What are Treats?
Treats are surprise bonus rewards from OTHER brands in the Habibi Pass network. When you share a story, refer a friend, or complete a quest, partner brands may send you Treats: free vouchers, discounts up to 100% off, or exclusive experiences. Treats are sent at each brand's discretion.
How do I earn more vouchers?
Complete quests: share a story on social media, refer friends, leave reviews, or connect your social accounts. Each action can unlock new vouchers and Treats from brands across the network.
Can I use Habibi Pass if I live in the UAE?
The Habibi Pass is designed for tourists, but UAE residents are welcome to sign up and enjoy the same benefits.
What about content and photo consent?
By activating your Habibi Pass, you pre-consent to content sharing. Brands can use photos, videos, and stories you share during check-ins for their social media. Visitors love it because being featured by a premium UAE brand is a highlight they proudly share.

How much does it cost to list my business?
Nothing. Listing in the Habibi Pass is completely free. You only provide the discount and we bring the customers.
What discount do I need to offer?
You choose your offer. We recommend 30 to 50% off. The better the offer, the more traffic you receive. The discount is not lost margin: it is an investment in pre-qualified tourist traffic that also creates free social content.
What are Treats and how do they work for brands?
Treats are your customer acquisition tool. You set a monthly Treat budget (for example, 25 Treats per month). When tourists do something valuable at another brand (share a story, refer friends), YOUR Treat automatically goes to them. You only reach pre-qualified, active, social tourists.
How do I validate redemptions?
Simple QR scan from any phone via your brand dashboard at brands.bonuz.xyz. Or enter the 6-character code manually. No special hardware needed.
Can I set a monthly cap on redemptions?
Yes. You can limit total monthly redemptions and Treat distributions to control costs. Adjust anytime from your dashboard.
How long until my business is listed?
After submitting your listing, our team reviews it within 24 hours. Most brands are live within a day.
