Is it really free?
Yes, 100% free. No credit card, no subscription. Just download the bonuz app and activate your Habibi Pass.
How do I activate my Habibi Pass?
Download the bonuz app, create a free account, and tap "Habibi Pass". Your premium vouchers will be revealed instantly.
How long are vouchers valid?
All vouchers are valid for 30 days from the moment you activate your Habibi Pass.
How do I redeem a voucher?
Open a voucher, tap "Redeem", and show the QR code to the cashier at the partner location. It takes less than 30 seconds.
What are Treats?
Treats are surprise bonus rewards from OTHER brands in the Habibi Pass network. When you share a story, refer a friend, or complete a quest, partner brands automatically send you Treats — things like free spa sessions, dining discounts, or exclusive experiences.
How do I earn more vouchers?
Complete quests: share a story on social media, refer friends, leave reviews, or connect your social accounts. Each action unlocks new vouchers and Treats.
Can I use Habibi Pass if I live in Dubai?
Habibi Pass is primarily designed for tourists, but residents are welcome to use it too.

How much does it cost to list my business?
Nothing. Listing in the Habibi Pass is completely free. You only provide the discount — we bring the customers.
What discount do I need to offer?
You choose your offer. We recommend minimum 50% off or equivalent value (BOGO, free item, upgrade). The better the offer, the more traffic you receive.
What are Treats and how do they work for brands?
Treats are your customer acquisition tool. You set a monthly Treat budget (e.g., 25 Treats/month). When tourists do something valuable at another brand (share a story, refer friends), YOUR Treat automatically goes to them. You only reach pre-qualified, active, social tourists.
How do I validate redemptions?
Simple QR scan from any phone via your brand dashboard at brands.bonuz.xyz. Or enter the 6-character code manually. No special hardware needed.
Can I set a monthly cap on redemptions?
Yes. You can limit total monthly redemptions and Treat distributions to control costs. Adjust anytime from your dashboard.
How long until my business is listed?
After submitting your listing, our team reviews it within 24 hours. Most brands are live within a day.
